Security
FunnelStory is built to keep your customer data confidential, available only to authorized users in your organization, and protected against accidental loss or unauthorized change. This page summarizes how we approach security at a high level. For contractual terms, subprocessors, and formal questionnaires, use your agreement and your FunnelStory contact.
Single Sign-On (SSO)
Single Sign-On lets your team sign into FunnelStory using your company identity provider (IdP), so access follows the same policies, groups, and lifecycle as your other business applications. With SCIM provisioning on top of it, the users and roles in your directory become the source of truth for who can use FunnelStory and what role they hold.
Audit Log
The Audit Log is the workspace-level history of important configuration and integration actions: who did what, and when. Use it for governance (proving that only approved admins changed a sync), security investigations, and troubleshooting (“we thought the model saved—which user saved it last?”).
Workspace Management
A workspace is your organization’s tenant in FunnelStory: it holds accounts, data models, connections, agents, dashboards, and all other configuration. Users can belong to one workspace or several, depending on how your company is set up. This page covers day-to-day workspace lifecycle from an administrator’s perspective.
AI Providers
FunnelStory ships with built-in LLM usage for product features such as Renari, Agents, embeddings, and other AI-assisted workflows—so most teams can use those capabilities without touching this screen.
